Sub-processors

DocAI Fabric uses a small number of third-party services to operate the platform. The list below identifies the providers that may process customer data, the purpose, and the location.

About regions. In our managed (SaaS) offering, the document-processing services run across load-balanced US and EU data centers for capacity and resiliency. For dedicated or self-hosted deployments, these services run in the region the customer selects.

About the AI models. In our managed (SaaS) offering, both the document AI (Azure OpenAI) and the AI assistant (Anthropic Claude) run as Microsoft Azure services, hosted in Microsoft's data centers. Customer data is processed by Microsoft under our Azure agreement; it is not sent to OpenAI or to Anthropic directly. For self-hosted deployments, the customer chooses the region, the hosting, and the model provider, and may use a different provider entirely.

Tally only receives data a user actively submits through the feedback form, which is loaded only when a user opens it. It is not part of the document-processing pipeline.

In our managed (SaaS) offering, transactional email such as user invitations and account notifications is delivered through Resend. Resend receives only the recipient's email address and the message content (for example, an invitation link). It does not receive any documents or extracted data. Our sending domain is configured in Resend's US region (North Virginia), and Resend stores account data (email metadata and logs) in the United States.

For self-hosted deployments, email delivery is configured by the customer using any SMTP provider they choose. There is no obligation to use Resend, and Resend is not involved unless the customer chooses to use it.
